Pumpkin Cake  Original Idea For Halloween

For 6 persons :
- 1 kg of pumpkin
- 250g of flour
- 200 grams of powdered sugar
- 25 grams of unsalted butter
- 3 large eggs
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon of liquid orange blossom
- 1 sachet of baking powder

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
- Peel the pumpkin and cut it into pieces about 1 cm thick
- Melt the butter over low heat in a saucepan
- Add the pumpkin pieces, stirring often
- Cook for about 15 minutes so that the pieces are very soft
- Mix the cooked pumpkin pieces to obtain a homogeneous puree
- Pass the mash through a Chinese to remove all the water and set it aside
- Break the eggs into a bowl
- Add the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, liquid orange blossom and powdered cinnamon
- Mix well evenly
- Pour in the pumpkin puree and mix well again
- Add the previously sifted flour in rain
- Stir continuously with a whisk
