Waffles by Cyril Lignac

Ingredients:
250g of flour
1 sachet of baking powder
40g sugar
2 eggs
50 cl of milk
50 to 100 g of melted butter
1 pinch of salt


Preparations
1. To start, mix the flour, baking powder and sugar.
2. In a bowl, beat the eggs then add them to the previous preparation.
3. Add the milk little by little without stopping whipping. Once the dough is smooth, add the melted butter and a pinch of salt.
4. Mix well then set aside 1 hour in the refrigerator.
5. Oil your waffle iron then, to make them, pour a ladleful of batter before cooking for 3 to 5 minutes.
