Fresh cream
Crème fraîche: 3 tablespoons
Garlic

Semi-skimmed milk: 2 tablespoons

1 Remove the pumpkin from its rind. Cut the pulp into pieces, removing all the seeds well. Peel the garlic cloves.
2 Steam the pumpkin pieces and garlic cloves for 15 to 20 minutes.
3 Puree the pumpkin and garlic in a blender.
Pour into a non-stick saucepan. Add the milk.
Mix.
4 Over low heat, add the crème fraîche and the cinnamon powder. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
