Homemade fettuccine with creamy seafood sauce...

 Well yes! I finally started making fresh pasta with my new pasta machine! A nice gift I received from my super Nat and my beloved Dad for Christmas :) Let's just say that fresh pasta was a bit scary for me, although gnocchi had been fine for me... but the sheeter is different.

 

Homemade fettuccine with creamy seafood sauce...

 

 INGREDIENTS
20 (approximately) medium raw peeled shrimp
20 (approximately) medium scallops
3 shallots, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/2 container of sliced ​​white mushrooms
2 tbsp. tablespoon of butter
1/4 cup white wine
3 tbsp. tablespoon of flour
1 2/3 to 2 cups of milk
1/3 cup 15% cooking cream
1 C. dehydrated chicken broth
1/2 tsp. ground thyme
1/2 tsp. teaspoon fish stock
Salt and pepper


PREPARATIONS
Melt the butter in a large pot. Cook the shallots, garlic and mushrooms over low heat for a few minutes. Add the seafood and cook until the shrimp begin to color.
Deglaze with the white wine. Add the flour and mix to coat everything well. Gradually add the milk while mixing until you obtain a creamy bechamel sauce. Add the cream, thyme, chicken broth, fish stock, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Mix the fettuccine with the sauce.
Serve with grated fresh Parmesan, freshly ground black pepper and fresh herbs to taste.
