Best Banana Ice Cream

 Here is a delicious recipe for banana ice cream. The children are on vacation since this weekend, and we taie advantage of it to make a simple and tasty snack every day.
The weather was super nice yesterday, we even heard the birds singing, so with this summer flavor, the children opted for an iced dessert.


Best Banana Ice Cream

For 4 people
- 300 ml of very cold liquid cream
- 2 large, ripe bananas
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1- Whip the cream into a whipped cream, that is to say into a firm foam.

2- Crush the bananas, then add the sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Then mix with an electric mixer for about 1 minute.

3- Add the whipped cream several times, and mix gently. We do not “stir”, but we gently lift the preparation with a spatula to mix (as when preparing a chocolate mousse).

4- Pour the ice cream into 6 small jars, and let set in the freezer 3-4 hours before serving.
