Cheese Omelette

A simple pleasure that always makes its small effect: the cheese omelet. So good, so tasty, we love it! We all know how to make an omelet... But do we all know how to make a GOOD omelet, with that little extra trick that changes everything? Come on, we give you this recipe, and we already know that it will delight you. Eggs (of course), grated gruyere cheese, a nice spoonful of fresh cream, chives, and nutmeg... Just perfect! Test it quickly!

Cheese Omelette


7 eggs

200 g grated Gruyere

1 large tsp. heavy cream

2 tbsp. chives

1 pinch of grated nutmeg

30g butter


1. Break the eggs into a bowl then whip them with the cream, chives and nutmeg. Salt and pepper to your liking.

2. Heat the butter in a large skillet and pour the mixture. Cook over very high heat, then lower the heat, add the grated cheese and cook for a few more minutes.

3. Then fold your omelet using a spatula and brown it on both sides. Serve hot with a well seasoned green salad.
