INGREDIENTS

For 12 pancakes:

200g oatmeal

2 eggs

100g applesauce

4 tbsp of agave syrup

50g walnuts

50g almond

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.

In a bowl, add the compote to the oatmeal. Mix.

Then add the eggs and mix again.

Add the agave syrup and mix.

Crush almonds and walnuts. Add them to the mixture and mix.

On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, form patties about 10cm in diameter and 1cm thick.

Cook for 13 minutes.

Take them out of the oven and let them cool.
